Over the last period I have been working on my fitness and well-being, not only watching what I eat, like raw healthy foods with lots of water etc. Today (Feb 2019), my weight is 90kg down from 98kg. I even lost 3kgs over the holidays. But I still had nagging issues like lower back pain; soreness legs esp. lower limbs, along with tight hips. A number of people advised me to work on my core strength, my stomach and hip flex for example, so, I have added to my training program activities that is helping with my flexibility and core strength (CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT MORE), and along with tradition Maori weaponry drills called mau rākau.
I have never been all that flexible, so this is a great program to keep me moving.
